Project Overview

Eccowings introduces participants to the opportunities and challenges of conserving wildlife in shared landscapes. Through field observations and discussions, participants explore interactions between wildlife, livestock and local communities and learn why coexistence is an important part of long-term conservation.

Objectives

  • Understand interactions between wildlife, people and livestock.
  • Explore challenges associated with living alongside wildlife.
  • Promote awareness of approaches that support coexistence.
